Love Food & Live Well by Chantel Hobbs

Love Food & Live Well is the third book that Chantel Hobbs has released since losing 200 pounds over ten years ago. This girl knows what she's talking about when she gives advice on changing your lifestyle to change your life. Her advice is solid and so sensible that it almost smacks you in the face while you think, "Why didn't I think of that?" Chantel lovingly lets you know that you don't need to give up the chocolate (THANK YOU!!!) in order to be the healthy size that you need to be. She also lets you know that you do, indeed, need to exercise, not only to lose weight, but to be strong and healthy which will give you a longer and better life.
After reading this book I've decided to change my own workout routine. To step it up a notch or two. It appears that I've been just doing what I needed to in order to get by and say I did it. Now I'll hopefully begin to see the fruit of my labors.
This book is full of encouragement from Chantel, exercise tips and routines, recipes for some of her favorite meals and much more. It's the perfect way to start a new year and a new YOU!

In her book she says, “We’ll look at the deal the world has been selling us all of our lives—the message that we’re not good enough, not pretty enough, not thin enough, and just basically that we’re not enough.” Hobbs doesn’t just offer expert advice.
She offers hope. She exposes the lies that trap dieters in self-defeating habits and shows them how to break free from destructive attitudes toward food. You will no longer need to hate food or be limited to eating boring, bland, unsatisfying meals. You can learn to live with freedom.
