That was my thought when I cracked open this cookbook. It's a carnivore's delight. Full of healthy recipes to appease any appetite. The Paleo Diet is a very healthy way to live and this book is packed full of incredible foods to keep you on the path you've chosen.
It's a lifestyle change and a way to a healthy body and slimmer figure. The first several pages explain Paleo and then the next several talk about some of the common ingredients that are used in the plan.
Then come the recipes.
