Christmas in Winter Hill by Melody Carlson

If you love Hallmark Christmas movies then you'll love Melody Carlson's latest release, Christmas in Winter Hill. It is very Hallmark-esque. It follows Krista and her daughter, Emily, as they move from Phoenix, to Winter Hill, Washington. Just time time for the yearly Christmasville celebration planning. Krista hates Christmas and Emily just wants to see snow. Throw in some antagonism from a new work-mate, a single man, and a contest to win a new house and you've got a storyline right out of your television screen. It's predictable, sure, but it's sweet and it only takes about an hour to read. A nice way to spend a pre-holiday evening.
