Trusting Grace by Maggie Brendan is the third in the Virtues and Vices of the Old West series. This book takes the reader on a heart-gripping adventure in the days of the Old West. Grace Bidwell is a recent widow who wants children but feels it'll never happen for her. Her days are filled with taking care of her father and trying to keep up with the farm. This book gave a nice glimpse into things we don't often think about and a time that is long forgotten. Grace was a sweet character who watched her dreams come true in ways she never anticipated. I didn't read the first two books in this series but this was fine as a stand-alone.
